At Nykd by Nykaa, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that the products are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging for a seamless processing experience.

Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to start the process.
Quality Check Preparation
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags intact; ensure the hygiene seals are not tampered with for intimate wear.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-4 business days to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Once the items pass our warehouse quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or the exchange item will be shipped.
